Ingredients to make Soya Burji Salad

  • Minced Soya 1cup
  • Chopped onions 2
  • Chopped chillies 4
  • onion powder 1tsp
  • garlic powder 1tsp
  • salt accordingly
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • cornflour 2tsp
  • olive oil or vegetable oil for frying
  • For garnishing
  • Finger size chopped beet and carrot
  • cabbage leaf

How to make Soya Burji Salad

  1. Take one bowl add all above ingredients together and mix well.
  2. Add corn flour and give it a good mix.
  3. Heat oil in a pan , add above mixture and saute for 5-10 mins .
  4. Garnish with some chopped onion.
  5. Soya burji salad is ready to be served.
