  • 2 cups Corn
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2/3 cup Cream
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

  1. Boil the corn in salted water for 15 mins. Drain
  2. Process the corn in a blender to get a smooth batter
  3. Add the corn batter in a pot along with cream, season with salt and pepper
