ABOUT Cream of Corn RECIPE

A thick and hearty corn soup.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups Corn
  2. 1 cup Milk
  3. 2/3 cup Cream
  4. Pepper to taste
  5. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the corn in salted water for 15 mins. Drain
  2. Process the corn in a blender to get a smooth batter
  3. Add the corn batter in a pot along with cream, season with salt and pepper
  4. Simmer and cook for 15 mins. Add water to desired consistency.
