Chicken Pakora

Ingredients to make Chicken Pakora

  • 500g Chicken (boneless)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 4 tsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Red chilli pwder
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice.
  • A pinch of red color
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

How to make Chicken Pakora

  1. Rub salt and pepper with lemon over chicken pieces. Leave for 20 mins
  2. Mix the egg, ginger paste, garlic paste, cornflour, flour, red color ,chilli powder, pepper and salt together in a bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan, add chicken and fry until chicken is cooked.
  4. Remove from heat and drain excess oil over paper towels.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
