Ingredients to make Cheese Filled Tomato Poories

  • wheat Flour - 2 Cups
  • Tomato puree
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Salt & White Pepper
  • chopped parsley leaves
  • Shredded Cheese

How to make Cheese Filled Tomato Poories

  1. In a bowl take two cup wheat flour - one cup blanched tomato puree - salt - white Pepper - half spoon ginger garlic paste - two big spoon of chopped parsley - one spoon oil - kneed everything add water only if needed .
  2. Allow the dough to rest for a while .
  3. Then roll one small portion of dough keep desired amount of cheese in the center and roll it again, enough firm that cheese should not come out while pinning it round
  4. Deep Fry for it to be crisp and serve it hot.
