Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 Shimala mirch ( medium size )
  2. 1 Tbsp oil
  3. For the stuffing --
  4. 5 medium sized boiled potatoes
  5. 1 onion cut in small pieces
  6. 1 tsp adrak ( ginger ) paste
  7. 1 tsp lasan ( garlic ) paste
  8. 1 tsp Panch Foron
  9. 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  10. 1/4 tsp amchoor (dry mango powder )
  11. 1 tsp Jeera powder (cumin seeds powder )
  12. 1 tsp saunf powder (fennel seeds powder )

Instructions

  1. To prepare potato stuffing
  2. ---Add oil to non stick pan
  3. --Add Panch Forna .When crackling add onions till golden brown
  4. --Add ginger and garlic paste. Cook for a minute.
  5. --Crumble potatoes with hand and add to above. Cook for 3 mns till brown
  6. The stuffing is ready . Remove from pan and let it cool
  7. Cut the top of Capsicums and fill each with potato mixture
  8. Cook in the same frying pan for 2 mns ( don't cover ) OR. Cook in microwave for 1 mn.
