Ingredients to make Sprouted salaad

  • Sprouted raw moong 1 bowl.
  • tomato ( chopped) 1 bowl
  • cabbage(chopped) 1 small bowl
  • carrot( chopped) 1 small bowl
  • cucumber(chopped) 1 small bowl
  • salt as per taste
  • lemon juice 1tea spoon
  • Chat masala 1 pinch

How to make Sprouted salaad

  1. In big bowl mix sprouted moong and cabbage.
  2. After that mix tomato, cucumber and carrot one by one.
  3. Mix salt ,chat masala and stir well.

My Tip:

Use different different sprouted( moong, matki,black chana) for salaad.
