Ingredients to make Eggless tutti fruitti pineapple cake

  • 1+ 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp pineapple essence
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp tutti frutti
  • 1/4 cup oil

How to make Eggless tutti fruitti pineapple cake

  1. Sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda 3-4 times. Take a bowl add in sugar,pineapple juice-essence and oil into it.
  2. Mix this thoroughly until the sugar dissolves and no lumps are formed. Add the sieved flour into it along with the milk, tutti frutti and fold the batter properly.
  3. Now grease the cake tin and pour the cake batter into it.
  4. Take a kadai ,place a stand in it and cover the kadai with a lid. Preheat the kadai on a high flame for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Now place the cake tin on the stand and cover the kadai. Bake it on a high flame for 5-7 minutes and afterwards for 10-15 minutes on a low flame.
  6. Make sure to check in between .When it gets brown from the top insert a toothpick to check it.
  7. If the toothpick comes out clean your cake is ready. Serve warm.
