Ingredients to make Soya Daliya pulao with vege soup and raita.

  • Soya soaked overnight 1 cup
  • Daliya( cracked wheat) 1 cup
  • onion chopped 2
  • coconut grated 2 tbsp
  • garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • ginger grated 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masaala 1 tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • bay leaves ( dried ) 2
  • Curry patta. Few.
  • cinnamon stick ,Badi ilaichi , cloves for seasoning
  • coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tsp
  • fresh cream 1 tsp
  • oil for seasoning 2 tsp
  • salt to taste.
  • For vege soup.
  • spinach leaves 10 to 12
  • Beat root 1
  • bottle gourd 150 grms
  • cauliflower 1/2 cup
  • green gram 2 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to make Soya Daliya pulao with vege soup and raita.

  1. For soup.
  2. Wash all veges. Chop and pressure cook.
  3. Cool and blend together.
  4. Boil and add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pressure cook Soya with adding salt. Keep aside.
  6. Dry roast Daliya and pressure cook to 2 whistles by adding required salt.
  7. Heat oil in a pan. Add all Khada masaala ( cloves, cinnamon stick, curry patta etc. )
  8. Add chopped Onions. Saute and add Bay leaves.
  9. Add all masala and saute. Add Coconut powder too. Add Soya .
  10. Now add Daliya and mix well.
  11. Cover and cook together for 5 minutes. Add coriander leaves and fresh cream .
  12. Serve hot with vegetable soup and Cucumber raita.

My Tip:

You can add different pulses to pulao and veges to raita. Can make it nonvege by replacing chicken with Daliya.
