Ingredients to make Berry smoothie

  • Blueberry 1/2 cup
  • Cranberry 1/2cup
  • Strawberry 1/2cup
  • Vanilla yogurt or regular Curd 1/2-1 cup
  • Low fat milk as required by your consistency
  • honey as required

How to make Berry smoothie

  1. Wash all berries and blend them into smooth paste
  2. Add Curd and milk as required and add honey if u needed, if berries are sweeter u don't need to add honey and blend them into perfect smoothie
  3. If u want u can add ice cubes

My Tip:

I used more blueberries as they are Antioxidants and for weight loss
