ABOUT VEG CAESAR WRAP RECIPE

Not all lettuce is created equal, but if you start your meal with a salad made of romaine lettuce you will be sure to add not only a variety of textures and flavors to your meal but an enormous amount of nutritional value which will help in weight loss also.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 tbsp eggless mayonnaise
  2. black pepper - to taste
  3. Salt - to taste
  4. 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  5. 1 tbsp mustard paste
  6. 1 TBSP GARLIC PASTE
  7. 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  8. 3 tbsp zucchini cut into juliennes and sauted
  9. 5-6 diced & sauted mushrooms
  10. 2 tbsp bell peppers cut into juliennes and sauted
  11. 4-5 torn Romaine lettuce leaves
  12. 4-5 black olives
  13. 2-3 tortillas

Instructions

  1. Take eggless mayonnaise in a bowl. Add black pepper,salt,grated parmesan cheese,mustard paste,lemon juice and mix well to make a smooth dressing.
  2. Put sauted zucchini,mushrooms,bell peppers in a bowl. Add torn Romaine lettuce leaves,2 tbsp of Caesar dressing,black olives and salt-pepper to taste and mix well.
  3. Take one tortilla and spread some dressing on it. Put salad over it and make a roll. Cut the roll in two halves and serve
