  • 2 tbsp Hung curd
  • 1 tea spoon boiled pea
  • 1/2 spoon pepper oil and some pickled fresh peppers optional
  • Pea shoots and spring onion
  • Chopped carrots for garnish
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 spoon butter
  • pepper powder

How to make Boiled egg on bed of pea shoots and spring onion with pea hung curd cream

  1. For pea cream
  2. Boiled peas , hung curd , salt to taste grind in mixture make thin sauce
  3. Now take pan add 1/2 spoon butter n sauté pea shoots n spring onion sprinkle pepper powder n salt keep side
  4. Now boil an egg for five minutes n remove shell make half n sprinkle some pepper powder
  5. Now essemble everything on plate
  6. First put bed of sauté of pea shoots ans spring onion
  7. Spread pea cream
  8. Put egg and boiled peas, chopped carrots,pickled fresh peppers, (optional pepper oil) hung curd
  9. Sprinkle some pepper powder and serve
