ABOUT Potato chips in microwave RECIPE

The crispy and healthier version of the all time favourite chips.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Potatoes
  2. Ice water
  3. Little olive oil
  4. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut in chips. Make it as thin as possible
  2. Rub them in ice water for 5 min.
  3. Dry them completely on paper napkin .
  4. On a plate put the chips and give room between each one.
  5. Brush oil on the top of each chips.
  6. Now flip and brush oil on other side
  7. Now put it in microwave for 2 min.
  8. Now take them out and flip the chips
  9. Put them again for 1 min or until golden brown
  10. When done sprinkle salt and let them cool for 5 min.
