Ingredients to make Instant uttapam

  • semolina 2 cups
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • onion rings
  • tomato rings
  • salt

How to make Instant uttapam

  1. Mix the semolina, curd, salt and water to make a thick batter, let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a tawa with little oil and pour some batter, Spread it and put onion rings and tomato rings.
  3. Cook on both sides.
  4. Serve with ketchup.

My Tip:

Adjust water to make thick batter.
