Ingredients to make Masala Pasta in Indian Style

  • Pasta whole wheat 2 cups
  • capsicum 1
  • tomato 1 chopped
  • corn 1/4 cup
  • Green peas 1/4 cup
  • spring onion 1/2 cup
  • Whole cumin seeds 1+4 tsp
  • Curry powder 1 tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • onion 1 chopped
  • garlic 3 pods chopped
  • salt
  • cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tsp
  • chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
  • Dry mint 1/3 tsp
  • tomato ketchup 1 tsp
  • oil 3 tsp

How to make Masala Pasta in Indian Style

  1. Boil pasta in 4 cups of water with salt for 6_7 mins
  2. Add 1 tsp olive oil
  3. Drain water keep aside
  4. Heat oil in a nonstick pan
  5. Add whole jeera
  6. Add onion and garlic
  7. Saute for 2_3 mins
  8. Add capsicum pieces , parboiled green peas and corns
  9. Saute for 3_4 mins
  10. Add tomato pieces
  11. Also add tomato sauce
  12. Add all the spices powder and salt
  13. Once the oil starts separating from the spices add boiled pasta
  14. Now add dry mint and spring onion
  15. Sprinkle chilli flakes
  16. Garnish with coriander leaves
