Ingredients to make Lemon and white chocolate cake

  • 100 grams white chocolate
  • 100grams butter
  • 150 grams cream cheese
  • 3/4cup sugar
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3-4lemon juice
  • 1tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon vanilla essence

How to make Lemon and white chocolate cake

  1. Melt chocolate in a microwave
  2. Melt butter in a microwave.
  3. Stir cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the butter and chocolate and mix well.
  5. Grate the lemon peel and squeeze lemon juice and stir into the batter.
  6. Mix flour, vanilla essence, baking powder and salt.
  7. Stir in the flour mixture a little at a time.
  8. Pour the batter into the pan.
  9. Set the microwave on convection mode.
  10. Bake on 180 degree c for 30 minutes.
  11. You can also bake on high power for 7-8 minutes .
