Ingredients to make Golden juice.( Stay FIT in Winters).
- Raw Turmeric 3 knots
- Oranges 2
- Carrot 2
- Ginger ( an inch piece)
- Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
- Basil leaves (few)
- Zeera roasted 1 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp ( optional ).
- Honey to taste ( optional ).

- Wash and peel turmeric, Carrot Oranges and ginger.
- Wash Tulsi leaves and take out juice of all ingredients and juicer/ blender on mode.
