How To Make Golden juice.( Stay FIT in Winters).

It has Raw Turmeric which is also called " Poor Man's Saffron ". It has many benefits like the CURCUMIN content of Turmeric triggers Bile production helpful for digestive system. It helps in providing relief from IBS, Stomach Ulcers. Its anti inflammatory property, Cancer relief, manages diabetes,

Ingredients to make Golden juice.( Stay FIT in Winters).

  • Raw Turmeric 3 knots
  • Oranges 2
  • Carrot 2
  • Ginger ( an inch piece)
  • Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
  • Basil leaves (few)
  • Zeera roasted 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder 1/2 tsp ( optional ).
  • Honey to taste ( optional ).

Steps to make Golden juice.( Stay FIT in Winters).

  1. Wash and peel turmeric, Carrot Oranges and ginger.
  2. Wash Tulsi leaves and take out juice of all ingredients and juicer/ blender on mode.
  3. Serve with adding honey ( optional ).
My Tip: You can take Raw Turmeric and Oranges according to your choice of combination. Pomegranate seeds helps to add little sweetness to beat the taste of Turmeric. I have not added honey as i don't feel it's requirement.
