Nutri Poha

Ingredients to make Nutri Poha

  • 1 cup poha
  • Quarter cup mini soya chunks
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup red, yellow & green capsicum
  • 1/2 tea spoon black rai
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1/2 tea spoon red kashmiri mirch
  • 1/2 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 tea spoon haldi powder

How to make Nutri Poha

  1. Firstly collect the ingredients
  2. Take a small kadahi, heat one spoon oil into it once ,it's heating put black rai & onion into it
  3. When onion get little brown, capsicum & mini soya chunks into it & stir it well
  4. After 2 to 3 minutes add all the dry masala then again stir it well
  5. Add very small quantity of water if required so that all the masala's mixed well
  6. Lastly add soaked poha
  7. Mix all ingredients nicely
  8. Finally the dish is ready
My Tip: Finally when you present the dish just add a half spoon of lemon juice into it to enhance the taste of dish, but it can be optional also Soya chunks has to soaked in water for an hour
