Ingredients to make Guilt Free Oats Dry fruits laddoos

  • khajoor [dates] 400 gms
  • Oats, roasted - 150 gms
  • almonds, roasted - 50 - 80 gms
  • cashewnuts, roasted - 150 gms
  • walnuts, roasted - 50 - 80 gms
  • pistachio - 50 gms
  • raisins - 50 gms
  • Khuskhus [poppy seeds] roasted.... 50 gms

How to make Guilt Free Oats Dry fruits laddoos

  1. Deseed khajoor [dates] and chop them in to small pieces. Churn them in the mixer a bit.
  2. Roast chopped almonds , cashews, walnuts , pista separately until light golden colour and till they become crisp
  3. Roast Khuskhus and oats separately. Keep them aside.
  4. Now mix all the ingredients nicely and shape them into laddoos of size of your choice.You will have 10 laddoos of lemon size with this much quantity of ingredients.
  5. These instant healthy laddoos can be served even as evening snack or mid day snack.
