Herbed Mushroom Omelette

Ingredients to make Herbed Mushroom Omelette

  • eggs 2
  • Button mushrooms sliced a cup
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper a tsp
  • oil a tbsp
  • Parsley and coriander chopped 2 tbsp
  • onion chopped 1
  • garlic minced 1 tsp
  • tomato slices to serve along 1/2 cup

How to make Herbed Mushroom Omelette

  1. Heat the oil and saute the garlic and the onions a little.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms now.
  3. Now add in the beaten eggs with salt and pepper and some parsley. Reserve some for the final garnish.
  4. Cook on low flame until done.
  5. Serve it hot with slices of tomato.
