ABOUT SOYA KEBABS RECIPE

As we all know Soya beans are rich in proteins and healthy as well . So today i have this Soya kebabs recipe which is my own creation and so easy, tasty & healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup soaked soya chunks
  2. 1 Piece Ginger
  3. 1 piece garlic
  4. 1 green chilli
  5. 1 cup Bread crumbs
  6. 2 tbsp chopped onions
  7. 2 tbsp chopped carrot
  8. 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
  9. 2 tbsp boiled green peas
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Black pepper-a pinch
  12. Hing-a pinch
  13. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  14. Oil- for shallow frying
  15. 4 tbsp Murmure (Puffed Rice)
  16. Mint Chutney
  17. Tomato Ketchup or imli Chutney
  18. Curd

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add a pinch of hing, chopped onions and sauté for 2 mins.
  2. Add chopped capsicum,carrot, boiled green peas, salt,black pepper and sauté it for one minute and put 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in mixture.
  3. Squeeze excess water from soya chunks and put them in mixer grinder along with one small piece of ginger and garlic & green chilli and churn it well.
  4. Put the mixture in bowl along with vegetable mixture and put breadcrumbs in mixture and some murmure and mix well.
  5. Take a portion of mixture,shape it like a kebabs . Shallow fry till both side gets golden brown.
  6. Garnish with green Mint chutney, Tomato ketchup or Imli Chutney, curd and sprinkle some miurmure on the top and Serve hot.
