Ingredients to make Instant Sesame chikki

  • White sesame seeds...1 cup
  • White jaggery....1 cup
  • ghee... 1 tsp
  • water.... 2 tsp

How to make Instant Sesame chikki

  1. Dry roast sesame seeds.
  2. Heat some ghee in kadhai, add jaggery and water. Let the jaggery melt. Add sesame. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Take a greased tray. Pour the mixture on it and spread with spoon or rolling pin.
  4. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Cut into desired shapes.
