Ingredients to make Capsicum ring instant uttapam..

  • semolina 1cup
  • curd 1cup
  • onion chopped 2tbsp
  • carrot grated 2tbsp
  • capsicum chopped 2tbsp
  • salt
  • turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  • red chilli powder 1/4tsp
  • Spring garlic 1tbsp
  • water as needed
  • oil 1tsp
  • Red bell pepper 1

How to make Capsicum ring instant uttapam..

  1. Cut the bell peppers into rings, and keep them aside.
  2. Take a bowl mix semolina ,curd ,vegetables , salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder .
  3. Add water and make a batter keep aside for 15 minutes.
  4. After 15 minutes heat a nonstick pan, place bell pepper rings on pan ,pour batter into the rings filling the entire gap with the batter.
  5. Cook from both sides by applying little oil (optional) on the sides.
  6. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
