ABOUT Baked Zucchini Chips RECIPE

A just 100 calorie snack to munch on. Move over high calorie potato chips.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 largezucchini, cut into medium thin slices
  2. 1 cup homemade bread crumbs
  3. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
  6. Garlic powder 1 tbsp
  7. One forth cup milk to dip chips for coating

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chilli flakes.
  2. Preheat the oven on 200 degrees
  3. Cut zucchini slices
  4. Dip zucchini slices into milk and dredge into bread crumbs to coat both sides.
  5. Arrange zucchini on a baking tray with lined sheet if foil.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes
  7. Turn the chips over and continue baking until golden(being careful not to burn)
  8. Allow to cool to room temperature before storing in an airtight container.
