GREEN BHAJI

Ingredients to make GREEN BHAJI

  • methi leaves 1/2 cup
  • radish leaves 2cups
  • radish cut finely 3/4 cup
  • spring onion 1/2 cup
  • potato flakes 3 tablespoon
  • water 3/4 cup
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric 1/4 cup
  • oil ,1 tsp

How to make GREEN BHAJI

  1. Put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker with required amount of water.
  2. On high heat cook it till it gives out 4 whistles and release the steam.
  3. Now cook vegetables on low heat till it everything is mixed and mashed well.
  4. Do not overcook it.
