ABOUT Pop tarts RECIPE

These are bases for any kind of tarts of your choice of can be eaten just as they are immediately once baked.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cups flour
  2. 100 grams butter [frozen]
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/3 cup cold water
  5. 1 Lemon

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl
  2. Now grate in the frozen butter.Mix and set it aside.
  3. In a jug add water and lemon juice.
  4. Now add little by little liquid and kneed until formed a dough.
  5. Now cover the dough in clean wrap and let it chill in fridge .
  6. Now roll the dough out and cut rectangles.
  7. Take one of the rectangle and put the stuffing of your choice.
  8. Now take another rectangle and lay on the top of it and seal using a fork.
  9. Poke holes on the top of it and brush it with milk.
  10. Now bake it in pre heated oven at 200c for 10 to 15 min.
  11. Serve when done.
