Ingredients to make Methi garlic with garlic bajra laddu

  • Chopped methi, Bhaji 1 cup
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • green chilly 1
  • oil 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • jeera 2 tsp
  • haldi pinch
  • water 500 ml
  • Ingredients for garlic bajra laddu – Bajra flour 2 cup
  • chopped Green garlic 1bunch
  • Ghee1 tbsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Methi garlic with garlic bajra laddu

  1. In a pan, Heat oil and saute chopped garlic
  2. Add jeera and green chilly
  3. After crackling jeera, add methi bhaaji and saute it
  4. Now add salt and turmeric powder and again saute it
  5. Your methi garlic is ready
  6. Method for garlic bajra laddu :-Take flour of millet, add salt and knead a dough
  7. Now make chapattis of millet and roast them.
  8. After making chapattis, crush them. And then add finely chopped green garlic and ghee
  9. Now make small balls like laddu and serve it Methi garlic with garlic bajra laddu
