ABOUT Watermelon Pomegranate Pina Colada RECIPE

Watermelon is great for cleansing, weight loss and your health. Pomegranate helps prevent belly fat. Coconut milk helps maintain balance of proteins which is the reason I use it.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 small seedless watermelon
  2. 1 large pomegranate
  3. 3 tsp Honey
  4. 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  5. few mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Separate the flesh of watermelon from the rind.
  2. Separate the seeds of pomegranate.
  3. Blend watermelon and pomegranate with coconut milk and honey till smooth puree is formed.
  4. Strain the puree and chill in the refrigerator till ready to serve.
  5. Pour in tall glasses,and garnish mint leaves.
