  • 100gm of flax seeds

How to make Flaxseed warmwater

  1. Dry roast the flax Seeds until they splutter and keep them aside.
  2. After they are cold enough, grind them in a mixer and store in an air tight container.
  3. Take a tea pan and boil some water add 1 tspoon of this flax seed powder
