Curd helps in decreasing the effect of the spiciness in the food, also a pro biotic curd always helps in digestion. Salad with sprouted matki and curd is very tasty combination and is also easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cabbage 1 small bowl ( fine chopped)
  2. Sprouted raw matki 1 small bowl
  3. Tomato 1 small bowl (chopped)
  4. Cucumber 1 small bowl (chopped)
  5. Broccoli 1/2 small bowl ( fine chopped)
  6. Curd 1 big bowl
  7. Salt as per your requirement
  8. Chat masala 1/2 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Mix cabbage, tomato, cucumber,broccoli and sprouts in a big bowl.
  2. Mix well and add salt, chaat masala .
  3. Add curd, stir well.
  4. Salaad is ready, chill and serve it in a bowl.
