ABOUT Grilled Fish RECIPE

Healthy diet friendly supper, fish is rich in omega 3 which is very important for brain development and fish always has a lower fat content, grilling it makes it super healthy. So follow this easy recipe to make this in your kitchen.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 small Fishes (300g)
  2. 2 tsp chilli powder
  3. 1 1/4 tsp Jeera powder
  4. 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tsp Oregano
  6. Salt to taste
  7. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Clean and pat dry the fishes using a kitchen towel.
  2. Mix rest of the ingredients adding water except oil.
  3. Marinate the fish with the masala for minimum of 15 minutes.
  4. Grill it using a tsp of oil on stove top or oven.
