  • 4 TBSP SCHEZWAN SAUCE
  • 1 tsp chilly flakes
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 CUP butter MILK OR WATER ( IF NEEDED )
  • FOR spinach OATS IDLI
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/2 CUP spinach PASTE
  • 1/4 CUP ROASTED AND GRINDED OATS
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 4 GREEN chilly PASTE
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp baking soda

How to make SCHEZWAN AND SPINACH OATS IDLI

  1. FOR SCHEZWAN IDLI :
  2. DRY ROAST SEMOLINA. MIX CURD, SCHEZWAN SAUCE, SALT AND BAKING SODA TO IT.
  3. IFTHE BATTER IS TOO THICK ADD LITTLE BUTTER MILK.
  4. GREASE THE IDLI MOULD AND POUR THE BATTER INTO MOULD AND STEAM THE IDLI FOR 15 TO 20 MIN
  5. FOR SPINACH OATS IDLI :
  6. BLANCH THE SPINACH, STRAIN IT AND ADD GREEN CHILLY PASTE INTO IT
  7. MAKE A FINE PASTE BY THE USE OF MIXER GRINDER
  8. ADD CURD, SPINACH PASTE, OATS, SALT AND BAKING SODA INTO IT
  9. GREASE THE IDLI MOULD AND POUR THE BATTER INTO IT
  10. STEAM THE IDLI FOR 15 TO 20 MIN
