Ingredients to make Spicy and tangy homemade chabena

  • 250 gm permal/murmura (puffed rice)
  • 150 gm chane
  • 150 gm peanut
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Chatmasala
  • 1/4 turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp pudina powder
  • Pinch of hing
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted jeera
  • 1/2 tsp Red chillies powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powdered
  • 1/2 tsp Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp mango powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

How to make Spicy and tangy homemade chabena

  1. Firstly roast peanut in a pan for 5 min put aside
  2. Roast permal in pan for 5 min keep aside
  3. Now take a deep pan , put 1/4 tsp ghee add hing when it hot add turmeric powder, red chillies powder , add permal peanut chane mix well
  4. Add all the masala to the pan
  5. Mix well and roast the mixture till it become crispy
