Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm permal/murmura (puffed rice)
  2. 150 gm chane
  3. 150 gm peanut
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tsp Chatmasala
  6. 1/4 turmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tsp Pudina powder
  8. Pinch of hing
  9. 1/2 tsp Roasted jeera
  10. 1/2 tsp Red chillies powder
  11. 1/2 tsp Black pepper powdered
  12. 1/2 tsp Powdered sugar
  13. 1/2 tsp mango powder
  14. 1/2 tsp garam masala

Instructions

  1. Firstly roast peanut in a pan for 5 min put aside
  2. Roast permal in pan for 5 min keep aside
  3. Now take a deep pan , put 1/4 tsp ghee add hing when it hot add turmeric powder, red chillies powder , add permal peanut chane mix well
  4. Add all the masala to the pan
  5. Mix well and roast the mixture till it become crispy
