Ingredients to make Moong Daal Dosa with tomato chutney and corriander coconut chutney

  • 1cup yellow moong dal
  • Pinch of hing
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp crushed ginger
  • 1/4 tsp tumeric
  • 2 tbsp semolina
  • 1/4 cup water or as required to get proper batter consistency

How to make Moong Daal Dosa with tomato chutney and corriander coconut chutney

  1. Soak moong dal for 30 mins.then grind it to thin paste.
  2. Add semolina and little water to the daal paste.
  3. Add salt , turmeric and pinch of hing keep aside for 5 mins .
  4. Now on a non stick pan ,add few drops of oil , then pour batter and cook from both sides.
  5. Serve hot with tomato and coriander coconut chutney.

My Tip:

adding semolina makes dosa crispy
