As bananas are high in fibers and vitamins we can add this as a weightloss recipe. They are not only healthy but delicious as well.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Rawbanana1
  2. Ginger and garlic paste 1tspn
  3. Curd 3tbspn
  4. Red chilly powder 1/2tspn
  5. Jerrapowder1/2tspn
  6. Coriander powder 1/2tspn
  7. Garammasala 1/2tspn
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Lemon juice 1/2tspn

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and cut in cube shape. Boil it for 5minutes.
  2. Mix all the spices with curd. Make a paste.
  3. Marinate the bananas with the above paste for 15 minutes.
  4. Put it in a grill rod and grilled or roast for 10 minutes.
  5. When the bananas became slightly brown take it out.
  6. Serve with salads and green chutney.
