Ingredients to make Healthy and Tasty Oats Pulao

  • carrot chopped one medium
  • Oats 2 cup
  • capsicum chopped 1 medium
  • Green peas half cup
  • Onion1 medium
  • Ginger1 inch piece
  • Green chillies2
  • Oil2 tablespoons
  • Curry leaves4-6
  • Saltto taste
  • Sweet corn hafl cup
  • Raisin and roasted peanuts handful
  • Beans half cup chopped

How to make Healthy and Tasty Oats Pulao

  1. Dry roast oats in a non-stick pan for 2 minutes and set aside.
  2. Chop onion and ginger. Heat oil in another non-stick pan
  3. add ginger, green chillies and saut.
  4. Add onion, carrot, French beans, green peas, Sweet Corn, curry leaves and salt
  5. Add Raisin and roasted peanuts
  6. Add ¾ cup water and boil till the vegetables are cooked
  7. Add oats and mix well.
  8. Reduce heat and cook till the oats are done.
  9. Serve hot
