INDO MEXICAN WARM SALAD

Ingredients to make INDO MEXICAN WARM SALAD

  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1-2 chopped green chillies
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
  • 2 tbsp chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp butter
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • chopped green coriander
  • Tabasco sauce - optional

How to make INDO MEXICAN WARM SALAD

  1. Heat butter in a pan on a slow flame. Add chopped green chillies and onions & saute for 1 min.
  2. Add capsicum,carrots and cabbage & saute for 2 mins. Don't overcook vegetables. Vegetables should be crunchy.
  3. At the end add corns and cook for another 2 mins. Add tomato sauce, salt - black pepper to taste and lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle some chaat masala & garnish it with fresh chopped green coriander.
  5. Serve Hot and immediately

My Tip:

You can add any healthy vegetable to your salad to make it more yummy. Add tobasco sauce if you like it to be more spicy. Don't add too much of spices while serving it to your kids.
