Ingredients to make Chana Dal Pulao

  • 1cup basmati rice
  • 1cup chana dal soaked for 2 hours
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • 3 cups water
  • salt

How to make Chana Dal Pulao

  1. Take 2 tsp oil in pressure cooker
  2. Add the cumin seeds and add rest of the ingredients. Add water.
  3. Take 1 whistle & then open the lid. Fluff up the pulao with a fork & serve with Mango pickle
