Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour 1 cup or 200 gms
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup + 2 tsp
  3. Milk 1/2 cup
  4. Oil or melted butter 1/2 cup
  5. Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  6. Cocoa powder 3 tsp
  7. Coffee powder 2 tsp
  8. Strawberry 3
  9. Vinegar 1 tsp
  10. Vanilla extract 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl
  2. Put sugar and milk
  3. Mix well, until sugar melts
  4. Now add vanilla extract , melted butter and vinegar
  5. In a separate bowl sift flour , cocoa powder and baking powder
  6. Combine with liquid ingredients
  7. Mix well
  8. Grease a pan with oil or butter
  9. Dust with brown or white sugar
  10. Arrange slices of strawberry
  11. Now pour the batter
  12. Tap slowly the pan
  13. Microwave for 5 mins , high heat
  14. And your soft moist cake is ready to eat
