Ingredients to make Malpua with rabri

  • For RABRI
  • Milk 1.5 ltr
  • Brown sugar 2 cups
  • For malpua
  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • sugar as per taste
  • Sauf powder 1 tspn
  • egg 1
  • Milk to make it dropping consistency
  • Oil or ghee for frying malpua

How to make Malpua with rabri

  1. For rabri :
  2. Boil milk and sugar. Stir continuously until it reduces to half the volume and becomes thick. Let this cool down and then refrigerate
  3. For malpua :
  4. Mix all the ingredients and rest it for 30 mins.
  5. Heat ghee or oil,pour the batter and fry on medium heat until golden brown.
  6. Serve malpua and pour Rabdi over it.
