ABOUT Coriander and Mint Chutney (Hari Chutney) RECIPE

Green chutney is probably the most favourite Indian accompaniment which is widely used in chaat recipes as well as with many dry snacks.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cups of chopped coriander leaves
  2. 1 cup chopped mint leaves
  3. 1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
  4. 2 green chillies
  5. 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  6. 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Roasted Cumin seeds/Bhuna jeera- ½ tsp

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and grind to a smooth paste in a blender, adding very little water.
  2. Pour into clean jar. Keep refrigerated.
