Ingredients to make Rosy semolina delite with chocolate ganache...

  • semolina 1cup
  • rose syrup 1cup
  • Gramflour 4 tbsp
  • Milk 1cup
  • water 1/2cup
  • sugar 3tbsp
  • almonds 3tbsp finely chopped
  • ghee 1/2cup
  • FOR WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE
  • White chocolate compound 1/2cup
  • Creem 1/2cup

How to make Rosy semolina delite with chocolate ganache...

  1. Heat oil in a pan add semolina and roast
  2. After roasting for some time add gram flour and roast again
  3. Now add water and rose syrup mix well
  4. Then add sugar and milk again mix till oil saperates
  5. Now lower the flame and put lid on the pan for 2 min
  6. Turn off gas and ur halwa is ready
  7. For white chocolate ganache haet cream in a pan
  8. When it get heated turn off gas and add white chocolate compound to it mix very well
  9. Ganache is ready serve halwa with chocolate ganache surprize your kids ..
