ABOUT Broccoli Cutlets RECIPE

Broccoli is considered as one of the worlds healthiest foods. Including Broccoli in our diet on regular basis ensures good skin and eye health , it enhances detoxification and has many anti inflammatory and anti oxidant benefits. Apart for its health benefits, I love Broccoli for two more reasons, one reason is that it is a happy veggie in my family and the other is that it cooks very fast ! I generally make Broccoli Stir Fry for lunch box . This time for a change I added some boiled potatoes and black pepper powder to my Broccoli stir fry and made tikkis out of it. I used some cornflour and bread crumbs for binding. The Broccoli cutlets turned out very well and were super yummy and my 8 year old enjoyed it thoroughly. Broccoli cutlets serve as a healthy breakfast option. It can be served as tea time snacks or yummy kids lunch box menu. It can be served with tomato ketchup or any other chutney of your choice.
