This is one of the most favourite snacks preferred by my kids. An easy and yummy snack to be made at home.

Ingredients Serving: 4

1cup flour
Half spoon yeast
One spoon sugar
Half spoon salt
1tbs oil
3tbs pizza sauce
Mozrella cheese
oregano
Chilli flakes
Milk for milk wash

Instructions

First we take flour and sieve it. Take one forth cup hot water add yeast and sugar in it. Keep aside for ten min. Then take flour add salt and yeast and knead dough.
Keep this in a bowl and cover with cling and keep at a warm place for one hour. It will doubled in size. Then we take it and add some oil and knead it.
Take some flour and roll it rectangle. Spread pizza sauce on it.and cover with mozrella cheese and sprinkle flakes and oregano. Then from one side begin to roll it.
Cut it in equal sizes press a little and arrange in greased baking tray.take milk and brush all pinwheels with milk. bake on 180 degree for 20 min.
