Ingredients to make Jamun Fantasy

  • Jamun puree - 3 tbsp
  • Black currant crush - 1 tsp
  • Vanilla ice cream - 1 to 2 scoops
  • Soda water - as per needed

How to make Jamun Fantasy

  1. Add jamun puree,black currant crush and a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
  2. Then slowly add soda water and garnish it with few drops of jamun puree.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
My Tip: Jamun sauce - Take sweet n ripe jamun wash them thoroughly n add them in boiling water for a minute. Now remove them from water you can now easily separate the pulp and seed. Crush the pulp and your sauce is ready.
