Ingredients to make Nimbu ka saboot achhar

  • Nimbu [lemons] 50 in number
  • 2 tbs mustard seeds
  • salt 2+1/2 tbs
  • red chilli flakes( kuti mirch)
  • turmeric powder1/2 tbs
  • fennel (saunf ) 1/2 tbs powdered after roasting
  • mustard oil 2 tbs

How to make Nimbu ka saboot achhar

  1. Wash and dry nimbu and cut a nimbu from the center of one end twice such that it remains intact from the other end .
  2. Make the achaar mix by adding all the ingredients.
  3. Fill the achaar mix in lemon .and store in glass jar .
  4. Heat little musturd oil and put it in your achaar.
