Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Boiled potato - 1
  2. Grated Paneer - 100gms
  3. Onion chopped - 1 large
  4. Carrots grated - 2
  5. Cabbage grated - 1/2
  6. Beetroot grated - 1/2
  7. Boiled and mashed peas-1/4cup
  8. Ginger grated - 1/2 tsp
  9. Cashewnuts coarsely crushed - 1/2cup
  10. Chaat Masala-1tsp
  11. Jeera Roasted powder - 1tsp
  12. Tomato ketchup - 1tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Ghee - 1tbsp melted
  15. Pepper powder - 1/4tsp
  16. Besan Roasted - 4tbsp
  17. Chopped coriander - a handful

Instructions

  1. Grate boiled Potato and paneer. Keep aside.
  2. Grated Cabbage, beetroot and carrots.
  3. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add the grated vegetables, chopped onions and ginger, garlic. Add boiled and mashed peas. Saute at high flame so that all the moisture evaporates.
  4. Add salt, dry spices, crushed cashewnuts. Saute well. Add chopped coriander.
  5. Take off the flame and let it cool. Add the grated potatoes and paneer. Add the tomato ketchup and roasted besan. Mix well.
  6. Shape into the desired shape.
  7. Heat the grill pan and brush with oil. Place the cutlets on that and cook on a medium flame till well cooked on both the sides and its well firm also.
  8. Serve hot with any sauce if your kids choice.
