About Black Grapes & Imli Punch Recipe

A black grape juice with lots of vitamin C, just right for summers!

Black Grapes & Imli Punch

Ingredients to make Black Grapes & Imli Punch

  • 2 cups - Black grapes
  • 2 tablespoon - Imli/tamarind
  • 4-5 - Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 tablespoon - Black salt
  • 1/4th tablespoon - Black pepper Powder
  • 2 tablespoon - sugar
  • 1 cup - Soda water

How to make Black Grapes & Imli Punch

  1. Soak the imli/tamarind in warm water for 15 minutes. Crush the imli and strain it to get a pulp.
  2. Take the washed black grapes and place it in a juicer. Add sugar to it and juice.
  3. Strain the juice using a juice strainer. With the help of spoon press the pulp in the strainer well to drain all the juice.
  4. Now add the imli pulp to the black grape juice. Also add black pepper powder and black salt and stir well.
  5. Pour the above prepared juice in a chilled glass. Now pour some soda water and serve chilled. I have poured half glass juice and rest half glass with soda water.
  6. Black Grapes & Imli Punch is ready.

My Tip:

Make sure you wash the black grapes properly.
