Ingredients to make Papaya chow (kids recipe)

  • Grated papaya 1 cup
  • Grated Carrot 1 cup
  • Finely chopped garlic 2 tsp
  • Hakka chow 1 bowl
  • Boiled eggs 2
  • Tomato sauce 2 TSP
  • Chilli flakes to spread
  • Oregano to spread
  • Refine oil 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Fish sauce 2 tsp
  • Fresh coriander leaves

How to make Papaya chow (kids recipe)

  1. Take a frying pan heat and add oil then fry finely chopped garlic. Now add grated papaya and carrot. Sauteed with pinch of salt.
  2. Now add tomato sauce and fish sauce mix properly. Then add boiled hakka noodles again mix. Serve with boiled eggs, chilli flakes, oregano, lemon juice and fresh coriander.

My Tip:

Salt to be added very carefully, fish sauce is more salty.
