QUESADILLA

Ingredients to make QUESADILLA

  • FOR TORTILLA
  • 1 AND 1/2 CUP OF maize flour
  • 1 AND HALF CUP OF wheat flour
  • salt
  • 2 TBSP oil
  • For stuffing
  • 1 CUP KIDNEY BEANS
  • 2 cups tomato puree
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp red chilly paste
  • salt
  • FOR SECOND FILLING
  • 1/2 cup carrot finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup french beans finely chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 CUP cottage cheese ( GRATED )
  • 1 tsp red chilly flakes
  • salt
  • FOR SALSA SAUCE
  • 2 tomatoes roughly chopped
  • 5 TO 6 PODS garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt
  • 4 TO 4 red chilly
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • Cheese grated

How to make QUESADILLA

  1. FOR SALSA SAUCE
  2. TAKE A PAN PUT OIL, THEN PUT GARLIC IN IT AND LET THEM BE GOLDEN BROWN
  3. NOW PUT TOMATOES AND ROAST THEM WELL
  4. WHEN COOL DOWN TAKE OUT OF PAN PUT IT IN THE MIXER AND ADD CUMIN SEEDS, SUGAR , SALT AND RED CHILLY AND MAKE A FINE PASTE
  5. SAUCE IS READY
  6. FOR TORTILLA
  7. TAKE BOTH FLOUR ADD OIL AND SALT AND KNEAD A SOFT DOUGH
  8. MAKE TORTILLA AS WE MAKE CHAPATIS AT HOME, DO NOT OVERCOOK THE CHAPATIS
  9. FOR FILLINGS. FOR FIRST FILLING
  10. TAKE 1 CUP KIDNEY BEANS , SOAK IT OVERNIGHT AND THEN BOIL IT BY GIVING 6 TO 7 WHISTLE
  11. MASH THE BEANS ROUGHLY
  12. TAKE OIL IN A PAN , ADD TOMATO PUREE
  13. WHEN THE TOMATO IS COOKED ADD RED CHILLY PASTE AND COOK FOR 2 MIN
  14. THEN ADD THE KIDNEY BEANS AND SAUCE AT THE SAME TIME. MIX IT WELL
  15. FOR SECOND FILLING
  16. TAKE A PAN ADD OIL AND THEN ADD GARLIC PASTE
  17. THEN ADD ONION AFTER A MINUTE ADD ALL THE VEGETABLES EXCEPT GRATED COTTAGE CHEESE
  18. WHEN THE VEGETABLES ARE SLIGHTLY COOKED ADD SALT AND RED CHILLY FLAKES
  19. TURN OFF THE GAS AND THEN ADD GRATED COTTAGE CHEESE
  20. TAKE A NON-STICK PAN
  21. ON A TABLE TOP PLACE ONE TORTILLA
  22. SPRAD THE KIDNEY BEANS FILLING ON IT
  23. SPRINKLE CHEESE
  24. PLACE SECOND TORTILLA
  25. ON THE SECOND TORTILLA PLACE THE VEGETABLES FILLING ON IT
  26. SPRINKLE CHEESE
  27. PLACE THE THIRD TORTILLA . PRESS IT SLIGHTLY
  28. THIS IS THE PROCEDURE OF THREE LAYERS TORTILLA
  29. PLACE IT ON A NON STICK PAN AND COOK FROM BOTH SIDES BY BRUSHING OIL ON BOTH THE SIDES
  30. THE RECIPE IS BIT LONG BUT WE CAN TAKE SOME EFFORTS FOR KIDS
