Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup vanila ice cream
  2. 2 kiwi wash peeled and cut
  3. 1 cup whipped cream ( added sugar)
  4. 1 cup carrot halwa (home made)
  5. 1/2 cup chopped mix dryfruits ( kaju pista badam)
  6. 2 tea spoon orange syrup ( i have used mapro orange crush)

Instructions

  1. blend vanila ice cream and kiwi , make smooth pest
  2. now take 2 long glass
  3. add kiwi and vanila pest (green in colour) in both glass
  4. then add dryfruits
  5. add fresh whipped cream (white in colour)
  6. then again add dryfruits
  7. for 3 rd layer add carrot halwa and orange syrup 1 teaspoon in both glass
  8. lastly garnish with dryfuits
